How to Cook Buffalo Wings (Gluten Free)

It doesn’t get any better than crispy and hot buffalo wings, in this video, I’m going to show you how to cook gluten-free buffalo wings.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings
  • Frank's Hot Sauce
  • Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Cyanne Pepper

Preheat your oven to 200c/390f.

Cut the Wings Into Thirds

Throw away the wings tip and put the two other parts into a large ziplock bag.

Next up add gluten-free flour to the bag and your favorite meat spice mix.

Seal the Zip Lock Bag.

Shake to mix the flour, spice, and wings together till the wings are coated.

Line a Baking Tray With Baking Paper and Place on Top a Cooling Rack.

This setup helps the wings to cook evenly and crisp up nicely.

Evenly space out the wings on the rack.

Cook in the Oven Until Golden Brown and Crispy.

Make Sure to Turn Them Over Half Way Cooked.

While the Wings Are Cooking, Let's Make the Sauce.

Place a small pot over medium heat.

Next add your choice hot sauce mine is Frank’s sauce also butter, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

Start whisking it all together and bring it to a simmer to combine the butter and sauce, then turn off the heat.

Make Sure to Continue Whisk for a Short Time to Stop the Butter From Splitting.

Once the Wings Are Nice and Golden Brown Take Them Out of the Oven.

Let them rest for a few minutes before saucing.

This helps to keep the wings nice and crispy once they are covered in sauce.

Toss the wings through the sauce and they are ready to serve!
