How to Fix an Angle Stop Valve

Our house is 16 years old and very few of the angle stop valves has been touched during the years. Our water contains a lot of calcium which means that they get stuck. I tried to turn one knob and it broke, fortunately. I was going to buy new angle stop valves but now I found a better and cheaper way.
