How To Make Bubblegum Ice Cream | Easy No Churn Recipe

Making bubble gum ice cream is super easy. It's a lovely dessert to make for a kids party or any other time you want a little extra excitement in your life.

You can whip this ice cream up in a few minutes and then all you have to do is freeze it and wait.

What you'll need to make this dessert

  • 1 can condensed milk (14oz or 397g)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tsp of bubble gum flavour (available in the baking section of the supermarket)
  • Drops of pink food colour
  • 40 Gumballs

Whip It!

First you'll need to add all the ingredients (except the gumballs) to a large bowl. Use an electric beater to whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.

Scoop It!

Use a spoon to scoop half the ice cream into a container and smooth it out. A shallow container works better as it freezes faster resulting in a smoother, less icy ice cream.

Ball It!

Add half the gumballs then top with the remaining ice cream. Finally, top with the remaining gumballs.

Freeze It!

Cover the container with cling wrap and freeze for a few hours until hardened. If you place your ice cream at the back of the freezer it will freeze faster.

Eat It!
