How to Make Fabulous Pancakes

Do you like your pancakes with fruit to have a great start to a brand new day? In this Instructable, learn how to make fruity pancakes! Let's start!
Supplies

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 sugar
- 2 heaping teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- Add fruits or chocolate chips as desired
Optionals:
- Whipped cream
- Sausage
- Peanut butter (any is acceptable)
- Egg
- Pancake syrup
Tools:
- Measuring cups
- Spatula
- Skillet or griddle
- Medium-sized bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Big plate
Mix All Dry Ingredients

First, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt) into a medium-sized bowl and stir until well mixed. It doesn't matter which ingredient comes first.
Adding the Wet Ingredients

Next, add the wet ingredients (eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla) to the dry ingredients. Mix until it is well mixed and the batter is smooth. It doesn't matter which ingredient comes first.
Adding the Good Stuff

Then, add the desired amounts of chocolate chips or fruit as desired. Then, stir well until thoroughly mixed.
Cooking the Batter

Using low to medium heat, preheat your skillet or griddle. Then, dip a desired amount of batter into the skillet. Allow it to cook for approximately 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on top of the batter. Flip it once, then cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove. Repeat until no batter is left.
It should make 18-22 pancakes depending on the size of the pancake.
Different Ways to Enjoy Them (optional)

You can make a peanut butter sandwich; add peanut butter in the middle of two pancakes, then add syrup that you use to go along with your pancakes. You can add whipped cream on top of your pancake or even put a cooked egg (any way you enjoy an egg) in the middle or on the side of your pancake(s). You can even make sausage as a side. These are all just some different ways for you to enjoy your pancake.
Now, it's your turn! Make a fun breakfast meal with this recipe. If you have enjoyed your pancakes with a different side dish, comment! Happy baking!
