How to Make Turkish Bread
What you're reading is a article that will help you with Turkish Bread.
Supplies
You will need flour, water or milk, yeast, oil, and salt to make the dough.
To the other part:
Mixing bowl
Rolling pin
Baking sheet (use a plastic bag and cut it onto one side and lay it on the counter)
Metal Sheet Pan 1 feet and 8 inches
Step 1
You will need to first put in the water or milk in a mixing bowl that is 1 feet and 11.4 inches deep. Then, you will add the egg and mix it again. Next, you will put the flour in and mix it all up. Finally, you will mix it up for a few minutes. You will wait for the dough for about 2 hours.
Step 2
After 2 hours, the dough will seem really fat than the last time it was. You will set up the baking sheet and get a big chunk of dough from something besides your hands (if they are clean, you can use plastic gloves to get a chunk). You will need oil to dip the fingers so that the dough won't stick to your hands. When you do, get the rolling pin and roll the dough until it is really flat. If the dough sticks to the rolling pin, get some oil on your fingers and spread it around the dough.
Step 3
When the dough is flat, you will use the metal sheet pan for cooking. Place the dough onto the metal sheet pan and place the pan into the oven. Cook it from 360°F - 392°F . Wait for at least 13-15 (13 minutes is the best time but it is your choice) minutes to make it look golden-brown color.
Step 4
After 13-15 minutes, open the oven and take out the metal sheet pan. After you take it out, have an insulator cover the bread so it won't be too hot when you eat it. Wait for a few minutes and take out the cover.
Enjoy! Your bread will/should look like the image!
