How to Make a Ball Bounce in PowerPoint

In this instructible, I will show you how to make an item bounce in PowerPoint. This is a fast, easy, and fun way to learn how to use a software for an extended purpose.

Supplies

Computer with PowerPoint (works best with windows)

Blank Presentation

Open PowerPoint and open a blank presentation

Insert Shape

Delete unneeded text boxes and open the insert tab in the ribbon (upper taskbar). Press on the dropdown menu for shapes. Select any shape you want, for this demonstration I will use an oval.

Find Animation

Open the animations tab in the ribbon, and make sure you are clicked on the shape.

Open the animation dropdown menu. Then, select the bounce option in the entrance effects section.

Make It Bounce!

Watch the shape bounce! You can change how long the bounce lasts, what triggers it, and more in the options on the ribbon. To preview your animation, click the preview option in the top left corner.
