How to Make a Bluetooth Speaker

In this tutorial, we will learn how to make a bluetooth speaker.

Supplies

In order to design such a loudspeaker system, the following electronic equipment will be needed.

  1. x1 DW-CT14+ Rechargeable Bluetooth Amplifier Circuit 2*5W
  2. x2 Speaker 65mm 4Ohm 4Ω 2W
  3. x1 TP4056 3.7V Charger - 5V 1A Lithium Protected Module
  4. x1 18650 battery (You can choose the mAh value you want. As this value increases, the usage time increases).
  5. x1 18650 battery holder
  6. x1 KCD11 Mini ON-OFF switch (optional)

We will realise our project using these materials. Some products here are optional. You can also use a different speaker so that the speaker does not exceed 5W in the range of 4-8 ohms. You can also choose a li-po battery as a battery. All 3.7V rechargeable batteries are compatible.

Another important point here is; If you want, you can also use this product by energising the amplifier from the micro usb input without using batteries. It is completely up to you. It can be energised from the micro usb input with a powerbank. In this way, the product is still mobile. However, if you energise from a phone adapter or PC, the product will still work but will not be mobile.

Connection Diagram

The connection diagram is as above. After the connection, you can connect to the device via the phone and listen to music.

You can further elaborate the project related to this product. For example, you can make a wooden - plastic case for this speaker. However, we do not have a document to share about this. You can adjust this case according to the dimensions of the speakers you choose. If it will not be used outdoors or if the appearance is not very important, you can make this connection and use it directly.
