Supplies
1) Rubber Bands
2) Hooks
3) C-Clips or S-Clips.

Step 1: Three Rubber Bands on Fingers
Add three rubber bands on your fingers and put the last band over your two fingers.
Step 2: Adding the C-Clip
You have to continue Step 1 until you are done! Add the C-Clip at the top of the bookmark.
