How to Make a Flashlight Thingy

This is a little flashlight thingy. It can light up things, and turns on when you squeeze it. I made it because I was bored! It could help you outside in the dark.

Supplies

  1. Duct tape or something similar
  2. LED
  3. 3V coin battery

Bend It!

Bend the little pokey metal things on the LED so that one is somewhat straight, and the other is bent diagonally outwards.

Attach It!

Put the LED on the battery with both little metal pokey things touching it. If it doesn't light up, then turn around the LED. IT should work then.

Stick It!

Make sure the correct terminals are in the right direction with the LED and battery, then make sure the LED isn't turned on, then get some tape and wrap it around the little metal pokey thingies and the battery.

Finish It!

You're done! Now make sure that it lights up whenever you squeeze it. Hopefully this was helpful!
