How to Make a Halloween Hat

How to make Halloween Hat, DIY Witch Hat/ Halloween Crafts

To make a Halloween Hat you will need following material:

Chart Paper, Computer Paper, Glitter Fomic Sheet, Pencil, Glue, Roller Scale, Drawing Compass, Thread and Scissors

Basic

Draw a quarter circle about 14” on chart paper with a pencil tied to a string. Cut out the quarter circle. Draw zik zak design a bottom of quarter circle.

How to Make Hat Cone

Bring the two ends of the quarter circle together and make cone. Apply glue on edge and paste.

Draw a big circle on chart paper and cut it. Measure the inside diameter of your cone on big circle, draw it and cut it.

Paste Circle on Hat

Cut it zik zak of cone and fold out. Apply glue and paste donut circle on the cone.

Decorate the Hat

Take a computer paper make a donut shape (blood spot) and paste it on the hat.Take another computer paper and glitter/ fomic sheet and decorate the hat.

Take a stripe of computer paper and roll it on thread. And paste it on the cap.
