How to ORGANICALLY Sun-dry Tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into small chunks and rub out the seeds and juices and place them onto a pan.

To dry these we will use a box fan with a table cloth draped over it so in keeps the air in, like a wind tunnel. During the day put them out side so the sun will get them.

Once they are dry put them into a jar with olive oil. These are really good with cream cheese and bagels!! :) Watch the video!! :)
