How to Put a Trailer on a Truck

You first are going to locate your trailer and vehicle to tow the trailer.

Line your hitch up with the trailer coupler

lower the trailers coupler onto the hitch of your vehicle

make sure the pin is flicked up so the coupler will lock onto the ball.

Once it is locked on your ball, flick your trailer pin down.

Connect the trailer wiring to your truck, this controlles your turning signals, brake lights, and trailer brakes.

Put the wire through your trailers safety pin.

Connect the trailers safety chains to your truck, make sure they are crossed.

Clip them to your trucks chain loops.
