How to Use Paint.net

This tutorial will teach you the basics of paint.net a free digital photo editing software!
This tutorial will teach you the following things:
- how to import a image.
- how to use some of the basic tools found in paint.net.
- and how to save your image.
Supplies
This tutorial needs these following items & tools:
- A Laptop/Computer
- Paint.net
- A image (can be any)
The Paint Brush.


First tool: The paintbrush
To select the paint brush, press B or click the paintbrush icon.
To start using the paintbrush, click on the place you wanna start drawing on and start dragging.
These are some settings for your brush, "Brush size" decides how big the size of your brush is.
The ColorWheel.


To access the color wheel, click the colorwheel button in the top corner.
Now that you have access to the color wheel, you can choose any color, and that will be the color of your brush or your bucket.
Fill Bucket Tool.

To use the fill color tool, press F or press the bucket icon.
Now you can easily fill color in your shapes.
Shape Tool


To use the shape tool, press the shapes button at the very bottom at the tool bar.
There are three types of shapes.
Importing Images.

Click "file" and "Open" and open a image!
Changing Hues


To change the hue, you need to press "Adjustments" and "Hue \ Saturation "
You'll be greeted with a menu.
"Hue" Changes what color the image is.
"Saturation" Changes how colorful the image is.
"lightness" changes how bright or dark the image is.
Saving Your Image.

To save your image, press file and save as.. and find a place to save your image.
Change the file name and file type to whatever you want! and you're done now!
