What you need is

1. Rubbing alcohol(doesnt matter what kind ad long as its rubbing alcohol even the first aid whips work but it takes alot of those)
2. washcloth, cotten ball, paper towel.(I prefer cottenball)

Optional

Little battery power scrubber(havent tried it but probably would work)(i dont mean an electric toothbrush)

Soak the Cotton Balls or Towl Etc in Rubbing Alcohol

just soak it but not to much that it drips.

Photo 1 im putting the cotton ball over the mouth of the rubbing alcohol bottle.
photo 2 i tipped the bottle over so that it soaks the cotton ball.

hold it for about 1 to 3 seconds

Just Start Rubbing the White Parts With Some Presure

They will come clean after 10 to 20 cotton balls depending on how dirty the white part is you can do the sides the toe all of it just give it some patience and they will come clean.

just start rubbing while applying pressure and most of the dirt will come up.
Some stuff will not come up so dont freak out.
