How to Make a Cat Toy

This toy is easy to make and you only need one tool a knife.

3 foot peace of rope

Tape

Knife

1 paper towel

Cut the rope to 3 feet with the knife and put tape on the end.

Then take the rope and tape the paper towel at the end of the rope.
