Intermediate Paper Jet Hybrid That Looks Amazing: Magma *BASED OFF OF RIPPER, STRIDER, AND FURY BY IRRELEVANT PAPER PLANES*

I know, I know… I said no more jets for a while… but I can’t live another day without making another tutorial of a jet anymore and I just had to pull a few strings for this. Anyway, I’m gonna be teaching you today on how to make this hybrid plane called Magma! It’s based off of three planes made originally by irrelEvant paper planes called Ripper V1 with the same wings tail fins and afterburners, Strider V1 with the same fuselage shape and air intakes, and Fury V1 with the same base and because of it being made from A4 and not regular printer paper! (Strider is also made with A4)

A4 paper (or regular printer paper just with three quarters cut off the long end)

Just fold in half from top to bottom.

(I don’t know how to explain this step but you should know how to do this)

Fold back in half and squash fold the bigger creases as shown.

Flip it over, fold across the center crease, and lie flat the other pocket as shown.

Flip it over and fold to the jet fold line, flip over again and then fold to the center.

Just do everything you just did on the other side.

Release the trapped paper from underneath and squash it.

Make a crease on the flap from the edge on top of it, unfold and crease to the edge you just folded on and use those creases you just made to push the wing forward and swivel it underneath the front squash fold.

Repeat everything you just did on the other side.

Unfold the wings, unfold the very top layer on the wings partially and collapse the wings on the creases I marked and reform the wings. (Jeez… i said “wings” a lot…😂)

Once you repeat the other wing, just push out the bottom flap of the pedal top squash fold to a right angle, flip over and tuck most of the excess layer to the inside of the plane but not all the way to the back.

Fold up the bottom part of the intakes, fold to that crease and roll it back in. Repeat on the other side.

Fold up what will be the afterburners, then fold up the bigger flap that will become the tail fins, fold back down to the bottom edge, and fold the excess tab up to when you flip it over, the tab is hidden.

Flip it over and fold the top flap on the half crease, then inside reverse fold on the biggest two creases, then inside reverse the smaller two ceases back inside the plane, and tuck the excess flap in on the existing creases. (Jeez… i said crease there a lot… I'm probably going to do that more than I think)

Just do everything you just did on the opposite side.

When you tuck the afterburners behind, just be sure it doesn’t fully hit the inside wall but it almost does.

Fold the thick layers from the front squash and the bottom where it just barely catches and then pull the two sides together.

(You should really know how to do this)

Just fold the locking flap all the way to the inside, unfold and make a crease from the crease you just made and then roll it to the very inside.

You can use either some tweezers for this step or a pencil.

You are now finished with Magma but I wouldn’t recommend flying it… just keep it as a display because it doesn’t fly well…
