I built this hat inspired by one of my favorite animals—a jellyfish. To make it, I used materials such as LED lights, glue, flexible foam, silicone, and other supplies. First, I had to create a solid paper base using paper napkins and a glue paste. Once the base was dry, I made holes in it and inserted the flexible tubes. Then, I covered it with foam and added the LED light strips, along with other details like paint in my favorite colors and additional elements to make it look better.
