Eyebots are hovering robots designed by RobCo, before the Great War as a form of media transmitter. They appear in every Fallout game to date. These modular robots are about half a meter in diameter, and are capable of hovering a few feet off the ground. Eyebots are not as sturdy as other robots, however they can be fitted with tools, small weapons, radio transmitters and other devices. Do you want to learn how to acquire your own personal eyebot? Well, this Instructable will teach you exactly that!

This model is roughly on a 1:10 scale. The robot uses 35 pieces, and the stand uses 24 pieces. There are no broken/modified pieces however some pieces are very slightly bent, but not enough to do any noticeable damage to them. The robot can spin vertically, and each antennae is individually pose-able.

Let's get building!

The spherical body was quite hard to get correct, especially since there are no spherical K'nex pieces with areas to attach pieces! The pictures are self-explanatory and guide you through each step. Build what you see.

It was quite a challenge finding the correct place to add the antennae to pose them in the correct place. Now I'll let the pictures speak for me.

I'm sure you don't want your eyebot rolling around on the ground, moving them perfectly posed antennae out of position. Well I'm here to save you with the stand!
