Knorr Spinach Dip for Soft Pretzels
If you need a quick snack to whip up for a birthday party or social gathering, this is your snack! I made it for my Dad's surprise birthday party a few days ago, and it was a real hit!
All we had to buy were the soft pretzels, and the dip took us literally minutes to make! Not everybody (including myself) likes spinach, and kids think it is gross, but you can barely tell it is spinach, and all of the ingredients flow together in a delicious way!
I was inspired to make this because...
- We needed a snack/ appetizer for my Dad's birthday
- Somebody volunteered to buy soft pretzels
- We make this at most family gatherings
You should make this because...
- It goes great with soft pretzels!
- Spinach contains vitamin A.
- It is delicious!

Making the Dip
For this part of the snack, you will need to get out all of your ingredients except the pretzels.
Mix 10 oz of chopped spinach in the bowl with one container of sour cream, one cup of mayonaisse, the whole package of vegetable mix, and of course, the three chopped scallions. Put his in the fridge for about two hours and the dip is done!
This dip recipe is from knorr, but our unique twist is the fact that we dip soft pretzels in it which does significantly change the taste in a delicious way!

Serving
To serve the dip, break the soft pretzels into small pieces and lay them on a big plate or platter. Make sure there aren't any pretzels on the middle of the platter. Now, put the bowl of dip in the center of the platter and let the dip work its magic! (I served it this way at my Dad's party, but pictured above are the leftovers the next day.)
This is a great party food, picnic food, and of course, snack food!
