Laser Cut Iris Box - No Screws Needed

This project are available for everybody to download for free.

I made a wooden dowel version, now you don't need screws to make it.

All the parts apart for the pieces cut out and ready to go. Having cut out all the parts follow the instructions below to assemble the gear display.

The lid is the rotating part at the top of the box.Stick the two lid together, ensuring alignment

1. Stick the 9mm dowel onto the base with glue
2. Place the petals on dowel and ensure petals can rotate properly

1、Add the 5 15mm dowel into the lid holes through the base and the petals.

2、Flip the entire lid over, connect the 15mm dowel to the lid with glue, being careful not to stick the petals and ensuring that it can move normally

Assemble the box, and if you need, you can use glue

Finish！Please carefully adjust the smoothness between each component，Don't use too much force.
