Lego Phone Tripod Jig/holder

I have wanted a phone tripod for doing stop motion for some time, but this simple LEGO tripod works in a pinch. It features a tiltable and swiveling top as well as foldable legs.

Now, the spider leg concept comes into play. This will allow your tripod to tilt slightly without it loosing any stability!

Squish your phone between the four prongs and squeeze them together to tighten the grip on your phone. If you have a phone case, it will help.
