Fold the LEDs
Fold the LEDs of noddle , similar picture . This event can help for lessen LEDs content .
Add the Batteries
Add the batteries to the LEDs , then stick them to the cap with tape .
Stick the Cap
Stick the cap to the bottom side of cup with tape .
