Make It Heal Instructible

For this project, we worked as a group 3. Make It Heal challenge tasked us to make a setting that can be a safe-space for those affected by a natural disaster. Our idea was to create a bunker underground to help people from any natural disaster. The design we wanted was based off earth. We wanted the outer shell to be like earth, and the inside to have all things bunker would have. The top will have a house with access to the bunker.

Our goal was to design a safe, restorative, community‑driven environment where people can reconnect, rebuild, and heal. This center is designed to help people recover after events such as natural disasters, community violence, or widespread displacement. It combines mental health support, social reconnection, creative rebuilding, and physical recovery in one accessible location. Below is a breakdown of how your Tinker cad model can be structured. Each area is tied to a healing purpose

I pulled in the full contest page, so now I can help Heal 2026 requirements into a complete, ready‑to‑use project plan for your CAD model. Everything below is tailored to the contest rules you provided and the assignment instructions you shared earlier. This gives you exactly what you need to build your Tinker cad model and write your Instructible entry. A public space designed to help people recover emotionally, socially, and physically after a community, changing event such as wildfire perfect for California, flood, or major storm.

to make the earth we get sphere and we please a take cut block in the section on the center of the sphere And then we place squares across the surface to mimic land after printing we added Furniture into the house once we finished printing we printed another piece of so it would give us the possibility to add furniture And to add the cherry on top we put a miniature house on the top of the base

Prototype

We painted the surface of the setting, and we added decoration to the inside the building including Furniture that was handmade like, Couches, tables, seating areas as well as a Television and a Christmas tree with gifts underneath and some Christmas decorations and some we added miniature paintings too .

Conclusion

To summarize this project was fun very educational to build learning about what happens during a natural disaster and new ways to see the ways to build new structures making the bunker will be an unforgettable experience building it with two people That were very interesting in the case of person personality
