Supplies
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
make sure you have a blender!

STEP 3: Add Your Peanut Butter

STEP 4: Give Your Furry Friend the Left Over Peanut Butter
