Making a Sublimation T Shirt

I made a t shirt using the sublimation method. I made these t-shirts for a friend and her family for her cousins' birthday.

I used a website called Canva, sublimation paper, Epson printer for sublimation, 15x 15 heat press machine, and a white 100 percent polyester t-shirt from make market.

First you're going to start out on Canva.com and upload your pictures to make your desired design.

You will save your design to your computer and Mirror the image if it has words.

After that print your design using your Epson sublimation printer.

Next lay your t-shirt on your heat press and place the image where you want it on the shirt.

Then press the shirt for 60 seconds at 400 degrees. If double sided place a sheet of parchment paper in between the shirt and press the other side.

There you have it, a double sided sublimation shirt.
