Mini 3d Perler Bead Island House

Annotation 2026-01-20 151013.png

I created a 3D house with a small river flowing next to it. This project is both easy and fun to make, while still looking detailed and creative. The design is fully customizable, so you can change the colors, patterns, or layout to make it your own.

Supplies

Perler beads

Hot glue gun

Clothing iron

Parchment paper or ironing paper

Create the Bead Designs

Start by making all the bead designs shown in the images above. Once each piece is complete, carefully iron them to fuse the beads together, then set them aside to cool.

Make sure you create 4 of the 2/4-sized pieces and 2 of the 3/4-sized pieces, as these will be needed later for assembly.

Build the House Structure

For this step use the images provided to make the house. Arrange the black 7/7, 5/5, and the 3/3 squares. once finished with those three, iron them and glue them together as shown in the image (Big on bottom small on top). Next combine the 2 tan and red pieces from step one (image two) and the roof from this step to make part of the house. then get the four tan and red pieces from this step iron them on top of each other and attach it to the roof and 2 tan pieces. (example shown above). Make the large tan piece and iron it set aside. Next make the two black and red pieces and set aside. also collect the black and red singular pieces and set aside. Once finished set it aside.

Assemble and Add Details

You should now have the singular beads, the large tan piece, the 2 black and red pieces , and part of the house. next, place one of the black and red pieces on the big tan one followed by the singular pieces, each divided by three (Shown in image). one it looks like the image place the last black and red piece on and pit the house in the middle. You should now have only the house with no spare pieces. I too a pic of the house when i finished it. i decided to put two tan pieces on the doorway to close it up a little cause it seemed too wide and i also put two yellow pieces on the top cause it looks nice. But you don't need too. (I showed my personalized one in the image).

Assemble the River

Next, gather the blue river pieces from Step 1. (images 1,3,4) Arrange them as shown in the images, then iron them to fuse the beads together. Once all the pieces are ironed, carefully glue them together to create one continuous river section. Set the finished river aside.

Build the Tree Trunk

Now it’s time to make the tree. Begin by assembling the green bead pieces. I used a toothpick to help stabilize the beads while gluing them together. Once the pieces are securely attached, allow the trunk to dry completely before moving on. Once dried glue on the green beads.

Building the Bridge

Next use the pieces from step one image 5-6. get each piece and arrange them in this order: small, small, large, small, small, large. (Shown in image) once completed you now have your bridge. connect your finished bridge and your finished house to the main water/sand. I also placed one red piece to elevate the house above the water.

Final Assembly and Decoration

Finally, connect the tree to the house and place small, colorful beads randomly around the build to resemble flowers. You can arrange everything however you like, or follow the images for reference. ;)

Once this step is complete, your house should look similar to the finished example shown above, fully assembled and detailed.

Optional River Extension and Boat

This step is optional.

If you would like to add extra detail, you can create an extension to the river. Begin by building the additional river pieces and the boat, following the images above as a guide. Once finished, connect the extended river section to the main river near the bridge. This step adds more depth and movement to the scene but is not required to complete the project.

All done! At this point, your house, river, and decorations should be fully assembled. Take a moment to review your build and make any final adjustments. Your completed project should now look similar to the images above, great work!
