Mixed Fruit Milk Smoothie
 
      It's a pleasure to have a cold smoothie on this hot summer day. So I decide to make some smoothie, using two kinds of fruit because these fruit are many in my country.
Making this mixed fruit milk smoothie is very semple. You can make this smoothie using many kinds of fruit.
So let's start.
Supplies
 
       
       
      Ingredient
- watermelon
- cantaloupe
- suger
- milk (full-fat)
Utensils
- blender
- fruit knift
- cutting board
- bowl or cup
- bag
Cut the Fruit
 
       
       
      Choosing the fruit that you want to eat but remember to choose the fruit riching in water because smoothies will have the grainy feeling. I choose watermelon and cantaloupe for the smoothies.
1.Using fruit kniff to cut watermelon and cantaloupe. It can be cut into large pieces or into small pieces, depending on the taste you want. I choose to cut into large piece.
2.Butting fruit piece into the bag and puting the bag into refrigerator.
Put the Ingredient Into Blender
 
       
      After fruit piece are be frozen you can put all the ingredient into the blender.
Putting watermelon and cantaloupe into the blender and adding some suger and milk. About the amount of various ingredients depends on the personal feeling.
It is recommended to use full-fat milk because it can make the taste more flavorful
