Mug O' Love
We are always on the hunt for dizzyingly easy DIY projects – we’ve got a good one today! It’s so simple and makes for a fantastic gift. Give someone in your life one more reason to wake up with a smile!
You’ll need:
•Coffee Mug (we used a $2 mug from Walmart. The finish on the mug does not matter, it’ll still work)
•Sharpie(s)
•Oven
Draw a design, write a message, let your child create a picture, make a list, create a funny quote and use your Sharpie to depict. As you can see, we used several Sharpies. After you’re done creating your design, pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Voila!
Two tips:
1.Be careful as you design, the Sharpie simply wipes off before it gets baked. Don’t destroy what you’ve already drawn!
2.Be careful when you’re pulling it out of the oven, the marker will still wipe clean. Allow it to cool and as it does so the ink sets.
