Rubber to cast ( This wheel used Vitaflex rubber 30)

3mm dowels x 100

Print wheels ( make sure to mirror 2 of the 4)

Wheel core : 50% infill, 3 walls, Arachne wall generator, standard support

Wheel mid layer: 0% infill, 3 walls, 0 top shell layers, 0 bottom shell layers, Arachne wall generator, tree support

Tire Mold

Print inside tread mold, outside tread mold: 15% infill, standard support

Casting

bolt mold together

place dowels in slots on mold

tape molds seams

spray release agent

pour rubber (according to rubber manufacturer instructions)

let cure

Assembly

remove rubber from mold

put wheel into tire

screw in the 10 m3 x65mm
