Oval Table From Crib Slats

I made this table from the slats to my kids crib. I'd had them in the shop for a while and couldn't think of anything to do with them. All the sudden my brain said, "Make a table!"

So I did.

Materials:

Pine crib slats
5/4 cherry for base
1/2 plumbing pipe
spray paint
wipe on poly for the finish.
