PVC Pipe Scooter (base)

i made this for my sister but I have not made the wheels yet. that will be in the next project

handle: t-connecter, 5 in pipe, 3 ft pipe. stand-on part: t-connecter, 3 ft pipe

handle: attach 5 in pipes to side and then attach 3 ft pipe to bottom

attach handle to t connecter side and then attach 3 ft to bottom
