Okay, so I randomly grabbed a lot.. A LOT.. of paint chips that you can get at any hardware store and decided I would make art.. I went to the circus later that day and when I got home I got this idea. So.. yeah!
You Will Need..

Paint chips, scissors, and a canvas and some paper cement. Don't use normal glue or a glue stick for it may make it look messy. Paper cement makes it look a lot cleaner and wont wrinkle that paper.
NO YOU DON'T NEED A CAT! But.. I just happened to have one handy. ;)
I also ended up using some air bush transparent sparkly gold with a paint brush at the end.
The Idea

I ended up sketching out my idea because I was not that sure of what I was going to do.
Placing the Chips

Now cut up your paint chip colors and place them where you wish! You may cut them big or little.. square or round.. none of that really matters. haha. I used really small square cuts.
Last Step

I added some gold to mine! And that was it. =P
