Fold paper in half. Then, fold it again.

Fold corners in. Then, flip paper to fold next set of corners in.

The Writing in It

Open the folded corners. Then, write T and D ( T=Truth D= Dare ) on each fold. Next, fold them back and write on the triangles 1 through 8.
