Paper Shotgun
I have made a sniper rifle before, so I decided to make a shotgun as it was as easy as it appeared. I referred Google for images and came up with this model.
Supplies
Newspaper, glue, Sushi Stick or a thin tube like a pen (to roll the newspaper stick).
Create 20 Sticks of Newspaper
Take out 20 sheets of newspaper (single-pages). Roll each of them into a stick using the thin tube to roll each one. Roll the newspaper sheet diagonally.
Create a Reference Gun
Using two sticks, use the Reference(https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Simple-Paper-Gun) to create a reference shape for the Shotgun as shown in the picture. Create two bigger tubes (use a marker) for the shotgun barrel and stick them to the two ends of the reference gun.
Attach the Base
Create a trigger using one stick of newspaper - Fold it in an oval shape and bring out the trigger. Glue it to the gun.
Create the handle - Create a rhomboid shape(see reference image), create a cardboard cutout, glue newspaper sticks until the handle is two-levels thick.
Attach the handle to the reference gun. Attach more pieces between the handle and the barrel to the gun, (the mid-section) to give it thickness.
Pick it up after the glue dries to feel the weight of the gun, and the shape should be appropriate, make minor adjustments needed to solidify the gun shape. Use staplers if required.
Paint the Gun
Paint the gun.
I have painted the handle and the mid-section as brown - to show wood. I have used Mod Podge Matte for the handle and the mid-section.
Paint the barrel as black after applying Mod Podge Glossy. Apply a few strokes of metallic copper if you have it to show metallic luster.
