Creating a pencil holder

First create a card prototype of the design you want.

Then based of the card prototype create a polypropylene mold that you cand pour plaster into.

Make your final design idea out of polypropylene.

Pour your plaster into the mold and let it dry.

Sand down the rough edges and if there are any impurities sand those away if possible.

Drill your hole for the pencils and sharpener. Make sure they are evenly spaced.

When you are done this is your final product, Now just add your pencils and enjoy.
