Supplies

✅ Ingredients:
• 1 can of canned pineapples (juice set aside)
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 70 ml sunflower oil
• 2.5 cups flour
• 10–15 g baking powder (1 pack)
• 0.5 pack vanilla sugar
• 2 sticks of frozen butter








Blend the eggs, sugar, and pineapples (without juice) using an immersion blender until smooth. Add the oil and blend again.
Then add flour, baking powder, and vanilla — mix well.



Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place two small sticks of frozen butter on top — they will help create a groove during baking.


Bake for 40–45 minutes at 170°C (340°F). After baking, pour the reserved pineapple juice into the groove of the hot cake.
