Pond Project

20150703_184439.jpg

So I decided that I wanted to listen to running water while I sat on the patio. But I didn't want to spend a bundle of money. I decided to try to do it as inexpensively as I could. I spent around $30.00 and a lot of work for the whole thing. I end up with this. What do you think?

This Is the Starting Place.

Digging the Hole Was Actually Fun.

This Is the Stone I Collected From the Side of a Highway. Free But a Lot of Lifting. My Back Wasn't Happy.

The Stone Had to Be Laid Out in Order to Wash It Before It Could Be Used.

This Is the First Generation of the Waterfall. I Had to Tear It Apart Several Times Just to Get the Water to Flow Right.

This Is the Final Build.

I Still Need to Spread Some Grass Seed to Fill in the Area of Grass I Killed Making This Thing.
