1. Use a pencil to mark the center point from where you want to draw the circle.
2. Adjust the compass to the required radius.
3. Rotate the compass smoothly to draw two semi circle on the sheet along with some cloud like structure.
4. Use a precision cutter or craft knife to carefully cut along the drawn lines.

1. After cutting the semi-circular main pieces, cut a long strip of the same material.
2. Take one semi-circular base piece and place it flat on the table.
3. Align the strip along the inner curved edge of the semi-circular cut-out, ensuring it matches the curve accurately.
4. Take the second matching semi-circular piece.
5. Apply glue on the top edge of the curved strip and carefully place the second piece over it, making a sandwich-like structure.
6. Ensure that all edges align perfectly.

1. Use the curved semi-circular assemblies you created earlier as the two side panels of the structure.
2. Place them parallel to each other with some space in between.
3. Measure and cut another piece to act as a divider inside the structure.
4. Place it vertically at the desired position and glue it to the base and side panels.
5. This creates compartments within the structure.

1. Select a colorful rainbow pattern from a design sheet or print one on paper.
2. Make sure the size matches the semi-circular side panel.
3. Spread glue evenly on the outer side of the panel.
4. Align the rainbow paper on the glued surface.
5. Gently press from the center outward to remove air bubbles or wrinkles.
6. Wipe off any excess glue around the edges.
7. Your side panel is now vibrant and decorated with a rainbow design.
