Reducing That Annoying Ups Beeeeep!

Don't we all hate that loud beep a ups makes when power goes? Don't we wish it can be softer instead of being loud annoying?

Read on for a quick fix I usually do for all piezoelectric beepers.

It's easy to find. Its the circular black device as in the pic.

Using double sides foam tape I applied two layers onto the top of the piezoelectric beeper.

Now as power goes, the beeping is softer and yet we all know that the ups is running on battery!

Cheap and easy in 6 minutes!
