Materials Needed

Ribbon ? (any 3 colour)
2 Hand sanitizer bottle cap
Scissor

First of all measure the size of your neck from shoulder to shoulder. Then cut the ribbon ? on your size.

Now take all ribbon together and insert in the Cap. And make knot

Also make knot with cap in other side.

Now take a 1 ribbon and make joint. Completed.
