SUP Fin Slide-in Trolley

A simple trolley for you SUP. It's lightweight and compact. Simply slide it into the fins rail.

I have used PLA+ for printing, but normal PLA should do it as well.

Parts and Materials

Credits to make_that (https://www.thingiverse.com/make_that/designs) for the design of the mounting bracket. This is his work.

- M12 threaded rod

- 6x M12 lock nuts

- 4x Bearing 10x26x8 mm

- 4x M5x16mm screws

- 4x M5x16mm screw lock nuts

Tools

You need pliers or an open-end wrench. I clamped the threaded rod in a vise. Protect the thread in the vise by wrapping something around it.

I shortened the threaded rod to 40 cm with a hacksaw.

- Screw the axle to the mounting bracket

- Press the ball bearings into the axle

- Screw the threaded rod to the axle

- Press the ball bearings into the wheels

- Attach the wheels to the axle

That's it!
