Science Fair 8/B

2020 11 01 14 00 57

Hello, today I'm going to be presenting my science fair projects and providing you info about the project and every step I did in the process of this project

Problem or Purpose

FFJO375K7RRF7AM.LARGE.jpg

The problem is that people need ice and they need it fast.

Hypothesis

FBA63GLK7RRF7L7.LARGE.jpg

I predict that all the water would freeze instantly as I poured out the water.

Variables

FASVWQDK7RRF7EY.LARGE.jpg

The independent variable is the I changed the water into ice by pouring the water into the ice to make more ice faster.

The dependent variable is the water because I will measure its temperature every hour to make it go to 8 degrees Celsius. The controlled variable is nothing because the water turns into the ice and I only have the water.

Background Research

F22C24ZK7RRF7BF.LARGE.jpg

We watched some YouTube videos about how to turn water into ice FAST and it turns out to be fascinating and the videos are "5 Amazing Water Experiments & Tricks - Instant Water Freezing (by Mr. Hacker)" and "How to freeze water instantly" and it helped me do the science experiment and make it happen.

Materials

F6PO8QMK7RRF7BD.LARGE.jpg

1: Water bottles.

2: the freezer.

3: Ice.

4:glassed cup.

Procedure

FWS3FUDK7RRF7BE.LARGE.jpg

1. I bought 3 water bottles

2. I put them in the freezer

3. I take out the water bottle CAREFULLY

4. after the 30s you can pour the water on the cup (with ice)

5. you can see the water turn into ice instant

Data Analysis

FASVWQDK7RRF7EY.LARGE.jpg

My data is talking about how many bottles I have and its hours going to the freezer and did it turn water to ice instantly or not and why not or why yes.

Results

F9ON1M7K7RRF7L5.LARGE.jpg

Only one bottle turns into ice instantly and the bottle was in the freezer for 2 hours and for the water to turn into ice normally it would take from 3-4 hours to make.

Conclusion

FQHWOMKK7RRF7L9.LARGE.jpg

My hypothesis was right, we did the steps correctly and the water turned to ice instantly because we put the water bottles into the freezer for 2 hours and I poured the water into a cup of glass and it turned out to be true and we saw the water turn into an ice structure instantly.

Application

What is the importance of this research to humans?

people can make ice instantly and have fun at the same time.

How can it be applied in practice?

to make instant ice and have fun at the same time.

What did you learn from this research?

I learned that you can make water turn to ice instantly and that to turn water into ice normally you put it in a freezer for 4 hours.

Evaluation

I used the thinking skill and communication and social skill because first I thought this through and I chose my project and second I asked help from my parents and friends.
