Mark the drilling points for the holes.
To find these exact points first find the horizontal center of the plate, then find the centers of both halves. Then mark a point after every 16 mm.

Drilling the Holes

Drill the holes. To protect the wood, use an extra plate between the egg stand and the drill. The clamps will hold everything nicely in its place.

Glueing the Legs

Glue the legs of the egg stand to the corners of the plate. The clamps will hold them tightly together. Wait until the glue is dry.

Polish the egg stand then slightly sand once again and polish one more time. If the egg stand feels smooth it`s finished.
