First cut all the pieces using a table saw.
Four pieces are going to have to be cut under 45 degrees. These will be the chairs legs.

For installing all the pieces together you need a glue and a drill. First mark the points for the screws then confirm the screws using a drill. To improve the glues effect cut the stripes to the places you want to glue using a paper knife.

Sand all the surfaces. You do not necessary need a sander for that, a regular sand paper will do the job too.

Finishing

Cover all the surfaces with the water proof polisher. This is very important if you want your chair last longer than one season. Let it dry.

You may use a wood plate for the sitting place but you could also braid it. For that you will need an elastic band. Watch the video to see the exact technique.
