Small Pouch Thing

This is a pouch thingy (hence the title) that I made using duct tape. You could use it for really short pencils, or flash drives, or pieces of paper, or hair trimmings, or wire, or french fries, or little bracelet rubber band things. See how useful it is? I'm entering the Absolute Garbage to Wonderfully Glorious Treasure contest (Trash to Treasure contest) because I recently made a thing to remind me to bring two things to school: my wallet and my schedule. But I didn't know that they would give us these folders to keep the schedules in, and I don't have to bring my wallet every day. And putting duct tape on your painted door is not a great idea. So I peeled it off because I don't need it anymore, and declared, "TRASH!!!" But I didn't want to throw it away because that would be a lot of wasted tape. So I turned it into a pouch.

Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the thing on the door, but whatever.

(You can also make this project with new duct tape.)

1. New duct tape or trash duct tape
2. Scissors
3. New duct tape
4. Velcro (optional)

Fold the excess tape around the non-sticky tape so that it's a rectangle.

You can also just make two of these sheets of tape. (5 1/2" * 5") and (7 1/2" * 5 1/4")

Bend the sides of the bigger sheet around the sides of the smaller sheet. Then tape them together. Do the same with the bottom.

If you want to you can put velcro on the inside of your pouch to keep things from falling out.
