First I put teal on my forehead, down my nose, and on the lower part of my cheeks.

Yellow

Add yellow to the rest of your face.

Getting a dark blue I put details like anger lines, I also put over drawn lines by my nose so it looks bigger.

With a dark blue I started adding dots making smaller ones closer to the inside of my face and bigger ones towered the outside. I left some spots in the blue paint because I went in after with that teal teal color.
then using white I put in horns and teeth.

Using black eyeliner, black eyeshadow, and gray eyeshadow I add shadows around the horns, teeth, and nose.

put teal down the neck, tells everywhere else, then use dark blue for the scale look, and last add some spots!
