Sparkle Shell and Sand Decorative Piece

You will need:

A glass vase (15cm/6in)

Sand

An assortment of shells

Small battery-operated fairy lights (100 buds)

To Put Together:

Make sure your glass vessel is clean.

Into the bottom, place a layer of sand.

Arrange some shells on the sand.

Push the fairy lights into the vase.

You aim to make a twisted mess to hold up the other shells you will be putting into the vase.

Place more shells in and around the fairy light wire.

Turning the lights on helps to work out the best place to put the shells.

Move things around a bit until you are happy with the placement.

Place a layer of more shells on top to complete.
