Splatter Nail Art

Materials

One base color (probably white)
3 other pop out colors

Base Coat

Paint all your nails the base coat I'm doing white

Splatter Time

Once you have let the base coat dry for a couple minutes, it's time for the splatter!
Put small blotches on your fingers like splatter paint.
Note: There can be white showing
