Super Bowl Sundae!!!

enjoy this sundae on super bowl Sunday

ingredients and supplies:
royal icing(or powered sugar egg whites and vanilla)
rainbow sprinkles (round and long)
green ice cream
waffle bowls
white chocolate
green sugar crystals
yellow food coloring
plastic sandwich bags
wax paper

First i made my own royal icing with this recipe
Ingredients:
3 ounces pasteurized egg whites(about 2 eggs)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar

First separate egg yolks from egg whites In large bowl combine the egg whites and vanilla and beat until frothy. Add confectioners' sugar gradually and mix until sugar is incorporated and mixture is shiny. Beat until mixture forms stiff, glossy peaks. This should take approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer icing to plastic sandwich bag.(when transferring i like to keep my bag in a cup to hold it up.)

Cut the tip off a corner of your plastic bag. Use your icing to pipe the outline of the stadium seats. Then fill in your sections one at a time because the icing will dry fast and your sprinkles will not stick. Apply your round sprinkles to the bowl followed by an icing outline. Let dry for at least 1 hour.

Scoop your green ice cream to the bowl and flatten it out smooth. Now add your green sugar crystals to the ice cream to make it look more like grass. Then use your icing and pipe on the field lines. Use your long sprinkles ( 11 red, 11 blue, 1 brown) to set up a game play.

Melt a handful of white chocolate and add a drop of yellow food coloring. Transfer to plastic bag for piping. Pipe out two goal posts on to wax paper freeze for about 5 minutes and then insert into ice cream.
now enjoy your frozen treat and feel like a giant.
