The Best EEPROM Programmer & Logic Tester

I often needed to program ROM and Flash chips, but couldn’t find a tool that hit the sweet spot of functionality and price. This project is my take on a compact, affordable EEPROM/Flash programmer + logic tester. It’s based on an open design I discovered in a developer’s video:

All I did is redrew the schematic in EasyEDA, added a few usability tweaks, designed a 3D-printable enclosure.

The programmer can flash (program) 27C512, 28c64, 28c256, 29f010, 29f020, 29f040 and a number of other ROMs.

This Instructable contains everything you need to reproduce the build: BOM, Gerbers (PCB and top shell), Fusion 360 models, Arduino sketch, and the PC program.
